Article 1 - Definitions
Trader: ARMP, trading as Aureumpeptide, located at Keurenplein, 1069 CD Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Customer/Consumer: the natural person who enters into an agreement with the trader.
Agreement: the agreement between trader and customer via the webshop www.aureumpeptide.com.
Article 2 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every agreement concluded.
Article 3 - The offer
All offers and prices are non-binding and subject to availability. Our products are intended exclusively for research purposes and not for human or animal consumption, unless stated otherwise for a specific product.
Article 4 - Prices
All prices are in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Article 5 - Formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed the moment the customer places the order and the trader confirms it by email.
Article 6 - Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. For manual bank transfers, the order is only processed and shipped once the full amount has been received.
Article 7 - Delivery
Delivery takes place within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. See our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery times within and outside the Netherlands. Risk of damage and/or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
Article 8 - Right of withdrawal
Upon purchase, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with European regulations on distance contracts. To exercise this right, please contact us at aureumpeptide@gmail.com. For hygiene and safety reasons: products whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Unopened, still-sealed products can be returned within the withdrawal period. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.
Article 9 - Conformity and warranty
The trader guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated on the website.
Article 10 - Complaints procedure
Complaints can be reported via aureumpeptide@gmail.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 2 business days.
Article 11 - Liability
The trader's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. The products are intended exclusively for research purposes; the trader is not liable for use outside this intended purpose.
Article 12 - Force majeure
The trader is not obliged to fulfil its obligations if prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure.
Article 13 - Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
