Unreconstituted, lyophilized peptides (powder form) are best stored in the freezer at -20°C. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep the vial refrigerated at 2-8°C and ideally use it within 28 to 45 days.

Unopened, still-sealed products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once the seal has been broken, a product is excluded from return for hygiene and safety reasons. See our refund and return policy for the full procedure.
