A vial is a small bottle containing lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder that you reconstitute yourself with bacteriostatic water. A pen contains the same peptide, but pre-processed into a dosing pen with an adjustable dial — more convenient to use, no reconstitution required.

Unreconstituted, lyophilized peptides (powder form) are best stored in the freezer at -20°C. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep the vial refrigerated at 2-8°C and ideally use it within 28 to 45 days.

Reconstitution means dissolving the freeze-dried powder in bacteriostatic water to reach the desired concentration. Add the water slowly, along the vial wall (not directly onto the powder) to avoid damaging the peptide, and let it dissolve gently without shaking. Unopened, still-sealed products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once the seal has been broken, a product is excluded from return for hygiene and safety reasons. See our refund and return policy for the full procedure.
