Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)
As a consumer you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with European regulations on distance contracts.
Exception for hygiene and safety reasons
For hygiene and safety reasons: once the seal of a product has been broken after delivery, the product is excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. Products that remain unopened and sealed can still be returned within the 14-day cooling-off period.
Conditions for returns
The product is unused, undamaged, and the seal is still intact
The product is in its original packaging
The product is complete, including any accessories
Return procedure
Register your return via aureumpeptide@gmail.com, stating your order number and reason for return.
You will receive return instructions from us.
Ship the product back within 14 days of registering your return.
We will confirm receipt of your return by email.
Return costs
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive the purchase amount (including the original shipping costs) back within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Damaged or incorrect product received
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt via aureumpeptide@gmail.com with a photo of the product and your order number. We will resolve this free of charge by means of a replacement or refund.
